After transitioning from physical therapy, she dedicated herself to building a community for fitness enthusiasts and athletes of all ages and abilities. As a former P90X LIVE Format Expert and Beachbody LIVE Master Trainer of the Year, Kam played an integral role in developing and delivering content for Beachbody LIVE instructors.
