【Proverbs 16:32】

「He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty,　And he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city.」Amen. It is difficult to control one's mind. Anger may or may not have love deep within it. If there is love, it can be a force that helps a person to stand up, but if there is no love, it can ruin a person. It is often said, "It is easy to rule a bandit in the mountains, but difficult to rule a bandit in the heart." If we allow Jesus to sit on the throne of our hearts through faith, we can become a person who can rule our lives. 　May we spend time with Jesus, who lives within us today....　God bless you.   See you tomorrow.
