It was seeing the situation of the neglected fields that were in disrepair. And it said that if we let it go, poverty and scarcity would come. Just as the prodigal son turned on his heel in the pig pen and began a new life, there will come a time in our lives when we have to make a decision. The basis for our decisions is the Bible.
