「So they will be life to your soul　And grace to your neck.」Amen. It means that he has become an attractive person to whom a beautiful necklace can be added. The conditions for this were written in the previous verse. It means to watch and not to lose sight of intelligence and thoughtfulness. It is to know that you are loved by God, which is the essence of good intellect and great thoughtfulness.
