【Proverbs 4:23】

「Keep your heart with all diligence,　For out of it spring the issues of life.」　Amen. A healthy mind is joyful when it wakes up and sleeps with fullness when it goes to bed. It is energized in its work and full of hope in its interpersonal relationships. That is why we are told that we must protect that heart above all else. That is because what is in the heart comes out as words from the mouth, which become habits, which become a person's character.
