A former electrician living and working in London, Adam now runs a sourcing business and has built up a million pound portfolio without using any of his own money. His portfolio in the Northeast, specifically Teesside, was built up initially alongside work but he then decided to move up to the area 5 days a week to push on the business.Now, back in London, he still continues to invest in the Northeast using the knowledge and network he built up whilst living there.
