Come in for five minutes, let’s open God’s Word together, and let’s pray. As a new day begins, it’s easy to look first at our responsibilities, our calendar or the challenges waiting ahead. Yet before the world asks anything of us, God invites us to lift our eyes towards Him. If your heart feels uncertain, your strength feels limited or you simply need fresh hope for today, pause for these few moments and remember where your true help is found. Psalm 121:1–2 (NIV) “I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.” What a wonderful promise to begin this day. Our help is not built upon our own ability, but upon the faithfulness of the God who created heaven and earth. Whatever lies before us today, we do not walk into it alone. So let’s quietly remind ourselves that fear will not win, because Jesus Christ is our constant help, our living hope and our faithful guide through every step of this day. Father, thank You for the gift of another morning. Thank You that Your mercy greets us afresh, Your wisdom goes before us and Your presence walks beside us wherever this day may lead. Lord Jesus, strengthen every listener today. Bring healing to those who are unwell, courage to those facing difficult decisions, comfort to those carrying hidden burdens and renewed hope to everyone wondering how they will keep going. Help us to lift our eyes towards You before we look at our circumstances. Holy Spirit, fill our hearts with quiet confidence, steady our thoughts and help us reflect the kindness, peace and love of Christ in every conversation today. Across the world, from Perth to Christchurch, from Singapore to Dallas and Santiago, may every listener discover that their greatest help comes from the Lord, whose faithfulness never fails.
