I release this day. Every thought, every concern, every moment that has followed me into this evening—I place it into Your hands. I do not carry what You have already covered. You are always watching. You do not sleep. You do not turn away. Through every moment of this night, You remain present, attentive, and faithful in Your care over me. So I rest without fear. My mind becomes still. My heart settles. My body relaxes as I come under the safety of Your presence, knowing that I am guarded and secure in You. You hold me. Nothing escapes Your attention. Nothing is beyond Your care. I am covered, protected, and kept through this night by Your faithful presence. And I rest in this truth—You love me. Because You love me, You gave Your Son. Because You love me, I am not alone. Because You love me, I am secure through every moment of this night. Jesus, surround me with Your peace. Let Your presence fill this place. Let my rest be deep, uninterrupted, and calm. Let this night be covered in Your protection and carried in Your peace. I rest safely in You.
