There is something comforting about knowing that, even when we become tired, God never does. Before you settle down for the night, before tomorrow begins to occupy your thoughts, let’s leave today—and tomorrow—in the safe hands of the One who never stops watching over His people. Scripture (NIV) “He will not let your foot slip—he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.” — Psalm 121:3–4 Heavenly Father, thank You that Your loving care never comes to an end. While we rest tonight, You remain faithfully watching over us. We place into Your hands every unfinished conversation, every concern for tomorrow and every quiet burden we have carried today. Let Your peace settle over our hearts and our homes. Give restful sleep to those who are weary, comfort to those who feel alone and fresh hope for the morning that is yet to come. We trust You because You never stop caring for us. Fear will not win, because the Lord never sleeps and never stops watching over His children. May the Lord give you peaceful rest tonight, surround you with His faithful love and welcome you into a new day with renewed hope.
