Before the pace of the day begins to gather, before decisions need to be made and conversations begin, there is a quiet moment where we can simply ask the Lord to lead us. We don’t need to know everything that lies ahead. We only need to know that the One who goes before us is faithful. Let’s begin this day together in prayer. Scripture (NIV) “Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.” — Psalm 143:8 Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of this new day and for Your unfailing love that meets us before anything else does. Today we place our lives into Your hands once again. Guide our steps with Your wisdom, shape our choices with Your truth and help us to recognise Your leading in both the expected and the unexpected moments. When we feel uncertain, remind us that Your faithfulness never changes. Walk beside us throughout this day, giving us quiet confidence, steady hearts and the peace that comes from trusting You completely. Fear will not win, because the Lord faithfully guides those who place their trust in Him. May the Lord guide your path today, fill your heart with hope and gently lead you in every step you take.
