Today’s Nations: United States • United Kingdom • New Zealand • Singapore • Japan • South Africa Theme: Guidance • Trust • New Beginnings A new morning has arrived, bringing with it fresh opportunities, fresh conversations and choices that have not yet been made. We cannot see everything this day will hold, but we know the One who already walks ahead of us. Before we become busy with today’s plans, let’s take a quiet moment to ask the Lord to guide our steps. There is great peace in knowing we do not have to find our own way when we are walking with Him. Scripture (NIV) “Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.” — Psalm 143:8 Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of this new day and for Your unfailing love that greets us every morning. As we place this day into Your hands, teach us to trust You with every decision, every conversation and every opportunity before us. Keep us from rushing ahead in our own strength, and instead help us to listen for Your gentle leading. Give us hearts that are willing to follow wherever You guide, knowing that Your wisdom is always greater than our own. May Your peace steady us, Your Spirit strengthen us and Your faithful love remain the light that leads us throughout this day. Fear will not win, because the Lord faithfully leads those who place their trust in Him. May the Lord guide your steps today, fill your heart with quiet confidence and remind you that His unfailing love goes before you.
