There are places within me that feel stretched, worn, and quietly burdened. Not everything is visible, not everything is spoken, but You see it all clearly. So I pause. I do not hide what I feel. I do not push through what needs care. I bring every hidden weight, every quiet strain, into Your presence. You meet me here. Not with pressure, but with compassion. Not with distance, but with closeness. You draw near to the places that need healing and begin to restore what has been worn down. You strengthen me. Where I feel fragile, You steady me. Where I feel tired, You renew me. Where I feel unsettled, You bring calm and quiet restoration. Jesus, heal me deeply. Not just on the surface, but within. Restore my thoughts, settle my heart, and bring peace into every space that needs Your touch. I receive Your healing. Jesús, recibo Tu sanidad y descanso en Tu paz hoy.
