Before this day slips into the next, let’s sit quietly for a moment and remember that the Good Shepherd is still caring for you. Scripture (NIV) “The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul.” — Psalm 23:1–3 Heavenly Father, thank You for never rushing past our needs. You know where we are tired, where we need healing and where our hearts simply need to be still. Lead us beside Your quiet waters today. Refresh what has become weary and bring peace where our thoughts have become unsettled. As this evening unfolds, help us to rest in the confidence that Your loving care has never left us and never will. Fear will not win, because the Good Shepherd never stops watching over His sheep. May the Lord refresh your soul this evening, surround you with His peace and gently remind you that you are safely held in His care.
