Come in for five minutes, let’s open God’s Word together, and let’s pray. As the pace of the day begins to ease, we often discover how much our hearts have been carrying. Even good days can leave us emotionally tired, and difficult days can leave us searching for somewhere safe to rest. If you long for quietness, renewal or simply a few moments to breathe in God’s presence, let’s come to the Good Shepherd together. Psalm 23:1–3 (NIV) “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul.” These words have comforted generations because they reveal the heart of God. Our Shepherd does not drive us forward with fear; He lovingly leads us into places of peace, renewal and restoration. As we rest in His care today, let’s quietly remember that fear will not win, because the Shepherd never abandons His sheep, and His faithful love remains constant through every season. Father, thank You for caring for us with such patience and compassion. Thank You that when our strength begins to fade, Your goodness and mercy continue to sustain us. Lord Jesus, restore every weary soul. Bring healing to those who are unwell, comfort to those who feel overwhelmed, fresh hope to those carrying hidden burdens and peaceful assurance to everyone wondering how tomorrow will unfold. Help us to rest securely, knowing that You are always near. Holy Spirit, refresh our hearts, quiet our anxious thoughts and teach us to hear Your gentle voice above every other voice calling for our attention.
