You do not need to rush through this day carrying every burden alone. Father, in the name of Jesus, I come before You now. Lead me beside quiet waters today. Help my heart slow down and rest in Your presence. Jesus, refresh the places within me that feel tired and overwhelmed. I place my thoughts into Your hands. I let go of the pressure to keep pushing beyond my limits. And now, I choose stillness with You. Quiet the noise within my mind. Restore peace within my heart. Renew my strength gently for the rest of this day. Jesus, remind me that You are near even in the middle of busy moments. Today, I rest safely in Your care. Jesus is with you now. Across the world, people are pausing to find quietness and renewal in the presence of God.
