The body may be tired, but the mind can still carry what the day has left behind. Yet Your Word reminds me that I do not rest alone—you sustain me. You are watching over me. You do not sleep. You do not withdraw. You remain constant through every moment of this night. So I release everything now. Every lingering thought, every concern, every weight that tries to follow me into this hour—I place it fully into Your hands. I do not carry it into my rest. Jesus, sustain me through this night. Re-establish peace within me. Let my body settle and my mind quiet under Your covering. Where there has been disturbance, bring calm. Where there has been restlessness, bring stillness. Jesús, sostén mi descanso y lléname con Tu paz profunda esta noche. Jesus, sustenta o meu descanso e enche-me com a Tua paz profunda esta noite. From São Paulo to Manila, from London to Madrid, across every city entering the night, You are present. You are watching. You are holding every life securely. So I rest under Your care. I trust in Your protection. I sleep knowing that You are sustaining me. In Your name, Jesus, I lie down in peace.
