There may be moments that bring gratitude and others we wish had gone differently. Yet before we begin to measure today’s successes or disappointments, the Lord gently invites us to place the whole day into His hands. He is not only the God who walks with us through every hour but also the God who faithfully receives everything we entrust to Him. Before we continue into the evening, let’s pause together and place this day before the Lord. Scripture (NIV) “Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this.” — Psalm 37:5 Heavenly Father, thank You for Your faithfulness throughout this day. We place before You every conversation, every decision, every joy and every disappointment. Thank You that nothing is hidden from Your loving care. Help us not to carry burdens You have invited us to entrust to You. Teach us to trust You more deeply with the things we understand and with those we do not. As this evening unfolds, quiet every anxious thought and fill our hearts with the confidence that comes from resting in Your faithful hands. May we continue to walk in hope, knowing that Your purposes are always good and Your love never fails. Fear will not win, because we can safely place every part of our lives into the faithful hands of the Lord. May the Lord surround you with His peace this evening, strengthen your hope and remind you that every moment of your life rests safely in His loving care.
