If your mind feels active or your body feels restless, this moment is for you. Father, in the name of Jesus, I come to You at the close of this day. You have seen everything I have carried. You know what is still on my mind. And through Jesus, You invite me into peace. So I pause. I let the day come to an end. I step away from every concern. I turn my heart toward You. Jesus, I bring You my thoughts. The worries that try to remain. The tension that I still feel. I place them in Your hands. I release the anxiety of this day. I release the pressure I have carried. I release the need to keep thinking. I release it to You. And now, I receive.I receive peace over my mind. I receive calm in my body. I receive rest for my soul. Jesus, cover me as I sleep. Quiet my thoughts. Settle my heart. Surround me with Your peace. I receive. And now I rest—safe, calm, and at peace. Jesus is with you now. Across the world, people are finding rest.
