I release everything into Your hands. I do not carry what has been. I do not carry what is unfinished. I do not carry tomorrow. I place it all into Your care and become still in Your presence. You watch over me. You guard my life. You remain with me. You are my place of safety, my refuge, and my covering as I enter into this night. So I do not lie down in fear. I lie down in peace. You steady my thoughts. You quiet my mind. You settle my heart so that I can rest deeply and without disturbance. You love me. Because of Your love, I am safe. Because of Your love, I am held. Because of Your love, I can sleep without fear and trust fully in Your care. Jesus, let Your peace remain over me through this night. Let my body rest. Let my mind be still. Let my spirit remain secure in You. I dwell in safety. Jesús, duermo en Tu paz y descanso seguro bajo Tu cuidado esta noche.
