The world has slowed, but the mind can still move, and the heart can still carry what the day has left behind. Yet Your Word speaks peace into this moment. You promise safety. You promise rest. You invite me to lie down without fear. So I release everything now. Every concern, every unfinished thought, every pressure I carried—I place it into Your hands. I do not need to hold it through the night. You are watching. You are present. You are covering me. Jesus, bring stillness into my body. Let my breathing slow. Let my thoughts quiet.
