Send us your feedback — we’re listeningPsalm 4:8 — Jesus, Secure My Night and Settle My Mind Into Deep, Undisturbed Rest Live from London, England São Paulo • New York • Nairobi • Manila • Madrid sleep prayer • night protection • anxiety at night • peaceful rest • safety in God Psalm 4:8 (NIV): “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.”  Psalm 121:1–2 (NIV): “I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.” Jesus, as this night settles and the world grows quiet, I come before You seeking rest that is deep, steady, and undisturbed. The day has passed, yet the mind can still carry what has not yet settled. But Your Word speaks peace directly into this moment. You are my safety. You are my help. You are the One who holds me through the night and sustains me beyond what I can see. So I release everything now. Every thought that lingers, every concern about tomorrow, every weight that tries to follow me into this night—I place it into Your hands. I do not carry it forward. Jesus, secure my rest. Settle my mind. Let my body come into stillness and my thoughts slow under Your peace. Let Your presence surround me and establish calm within me. Jesús, dame descanso profundo y cúbreme con Tu paz esta noche. Jesus, dá-me descanso profundo e cobre-me com a Tua paz esta noite. From São Paulo to Manila, from New York to Madrid, across every city entering the night, You are present. You are my help. You are my covering. You are my refuge. So I rest under Your care. I trust in Your protection. I sleep knowing that You are holding me. In Your name, Jesus, I rest in peace.
