Some moments bring joy. Others ask for more strength than we expected. If today has become heavier than it looked this morning, don’t feel that you have to carry it alone. Let’s pause together, just for a moment, and remember that God is never further away because life becomes more difficult. Scripture (NIV) “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1 Heavenly Father, thank You for being our refuge when life feels uncertain and our strength when our own strength begins to fade. We bring to You the pressures of this day, the conversations that still lie ahead and the concerns that quietly weigh upon our hearts. Remind us that You are already present in every place we will walk today. Help us to lean on You instead of carrying everything ourselves. Fill us with steady courage, quiet confidence and the deep assurance that Your faithful presence never leaves us, whatever this day may bring. Fear will not win, because God is our refuge, our strength and our ever-present help. May the Lord strengthen your heart today, surround you with His faithful presence and remind you that you never face this day alone.
