Everything feels like it has built up at once. Thoughts are moving quickly, pressure is rising, and even small things feel heavier than they should. God, I feel overwhelmed right now. I feel that. But I do not stay there. I come to You. I step out of the noise. I release what is pressing against my mind. I release the need to hold everything together. I release it. And now, I receive. I receive Your peace.  I receive the stillness that settles within me.  I receive the calm that steadies my thoughts. I receive. You are not asking me to push harder. You are calling me to be still. So I allow this moment to slow.  I allow my breathing to steady.  I allow my heart to return to quiet trust. You are God. Not the pressure. Not the noise.  Not the urgency. You are. And because You are, I can rest. Even here, I am not overwhelmed. I am held. From São Paulo to Toronto, from Nairobi to Madrid, across every place feeling overwhelmed today, You are present. You are calming. You are restoring Your people. So I pause. I release.  I receive.  I rest. In Your name, Jesus, I am still, I am steady, and I am at peace.
