Our minds can become full while our hearts quietly grow tired. Yet even in the busiest moments, God does not ask us to carry the day alone. Before you move on to whatever comes next, take this moment to slow your breathing, lift your thoughts to the Lord and remember that His presence has been with you all along. Let’s pause together and meet with Him. Scripture (NIV) “He says, ‘Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.’” — Psalm 46:10 Heavenly Father, thank You that You remain the same when everything around us seems to move so quickly. Teach us to find our confidence in who You are rather than in everything we still have to do. Quiet the noise within us and help us to recognise Your presence in this very moment. Fill us with the peace that comes from knowing You are God, guiding our lives with wisdom, strength and unfailing love. As we continue through this day, may our hearts remain steady, our words be kind and our lives reflect the quiet confidence that grows from walking closely with You. Fear will not win, because our confidence rests in the unchanging God who walks with us each day. May the Lord quiet your heart today, strengthen your spirit and gently remind you that His faithful presence goes with you wherever you are.
