I do not carry what You have already taken. I release the weight of this day. I release the pressure, the responsibility, the concerns that have built up within me. I place them into Your hands and trust You to hold what I cannot carry. You sustain me. You strengthen me when I feel weak. You steady me when I feel overwhelmed. You hold me when I feel stretched, and You remain constant when everything else feels uncertain. So I let go. I do not hold on to anxiety. I do not keep what You have invited me to release. I surrender it fully, knowing that You care for me deeply and personally. And I rest in this truth—You love me. Because of Your love, I am not alone in what I carry. Because of Your love, I am supported. Because of Your love, I am sustained and held securely in Your care. Jesus, let my heart remain light. Let my spirit remain steady. Let me walk through this evening free from what I have released into Your hands. I trust in You. Jesús, entrego toda carga en Ti y descanso en Tu cuidado fiel hoy.
