The responsibilities, the conversations, the disappointments and the quiet concerns of the day can settle heavily upon our hearts. Yet God never intended us to carry those burdens alone. Let’s bring them to Him together.  Psalm 55:22 (NIV) “Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.” What a beautiful invitation from our heavenly Father. He does not ask us to hide our worries or pretend we are stronger than we feel. Instead, He welcomes us to place every care into His faithful hands. His strength is greater than our weakness, His peace is deeper than our anxiety, and His love is constant through every season of life. Father, thank You for Your patient love and for the way You continue to carry us, even on the days when we feel weary. Thank You that we never need to face life’s burdens by ourselves. Lord Jesus, today we place every care before You. Bring healing to those who are struggling, comfort to those who feel lonely, peace to anxious hearts and fresh hope to those who have grown discouraged. Teach us to leave our burdens with You and to trust Your faithful care. Holy Spirit, quiet every restless thought, strengthen our faith and help us to finish this day resting in the goodness and mercy of God.
