If you have woken carrying concerns, or your mind is already full, this moment is for you. Jesus meets you here—not at a distance, but close, present, and ready to carry what you cannot. Father, in the name of Jesus, I come to You as I am. You see what I am holding. You know what is weighing on me. And through Jesus, You invite me to bring it to You. So I pause here. Before the day gathers pace, before the pressure builds, I bring everything into Your hands. Jesus, You said to come. So I come. I bring the concerns that sit quietly in my thoughts. I bring the things I cannot resolve. I bring the weight I have been trying to carry on my own. I place it all before You. I do not need to hold it any longer. I release the tension in my mind. I release the heaviness in my heart. I release the fear of what today might bring. I release it to You, Jesus. And now, I receive. I receive Your peace. I receive Your strength. I receive the quiet assurance that You are sustaining me. You are not asking me to carry everything— You are asking me to trust You with it. So today, I will move forward step by step, not weighed down, but supported by You. Jesus is with you now. You are not alone in this moment. Across the world, hearts are lifting their burdens. From Rio de Janeiro to Madrid, from Johannesburg to Manila, Jesus is bringing rest and sustaining those who feel overwhelmed. Father, I trust You. Through Jesus, I release this day into Your care. I walk forward lighter. In Jesus’ name.
