Send us your feedback — we’re listeningPsalm 62:5–6 (NIV) — As Evening Comes, Quietly Place Your Hope in God Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. Today’s Nations: Netherlands • Ireland • India • Israel • Nigeria • South Korea Theme: Hope • Rest • Confidence As evening arrives, the pace of the day begins to ease. There is often a moment when we stop long enough to notice what we have been carrying. Some things have gone well. Other things may still be unresolved. Before we spend too much time replaying the day in our minds, let’s remember that our hope has never rested in having all the answers. Our hope rests in the Lord, who has remained faithful through every hour. Let’s pause together and place this evening into His hands. Scripture (NIV) “Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him. Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken.” — Psalm 62:5–6 Heavenly Father, thank You for walking with us throughout this day. As evening settles around us, we bring before You everything that still occupies our thoughts. Thank You that our hope is not built upon our own strength, our achievements or our understanding, but upon Your unchanging faithfulness. Help us to leave today’s burdens with You and to receive the quiet confidence that comes from trusting in Your care. Be our rock when we feel uncertain, our refuge when we feel weary and our steady hope as this day comes to its close. May Your peace remain with us this evening and prepare our hearts for the rest You have promised. Fear will not win, because our hope is safely anchored in the Lord who never changes. May the Lord fill your evening with His peace, steady your heart with His hope and gently remind you that He remains your faithful refuge. Daily Prayer, Psalm 62, Evening Prayer, Hope in God, Christian Podcast, DailyPrayer.uk  Psalm 62 prayer, evening prayer for hope, hope in God today, Christian evening prayer, DailyPrayer.uk Hidden Treasures: Discover more Bible-centred prayers in the Hidden Treasures library, inspired by Isaiah 45:3 (NIV).Support the showDaily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper now reaches 185 countries and 3,012 cities worldwide through the Global Blend Radio network. This is a listener-funded global ministry.
