I will say of the Lord, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.’” John 14:27 (NIV): “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” John 3:16 (NIV): “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” Jesus, as this night settles in, I come into a place of quiet safety in You. I do not remain unsettled—I come into Your peace. I am held. I am covered. I am safe in Your presence. You are my refuge. So I release every remaining tension. Every restless thought, every concern that lingers—I place it into Your care. I do not hold onto what You are ready to carry. Your peace rests upon me. Not as the world gives, but as You give—steady, calm, and complete. My heart is not troubled. I do not allow fear to remain. And I rest in this truth—You love me. Your love is constant, secure, and unchanging. Because of Your love, I am safe. Because of Your love, I can rest deeply. Jesús, descanso seguro en Tu presencia, cubierto por Tu paz en esta noche.
