Calm this restless rhythm within me and let Your nearness silence the fears that try to rise. Jesus, You promised, “I will come to you,” and tonight I hold onto that promise. Let Your presence move through the shadows of this hour and draw my spirit into Your rest. “Descanso profundo” — deep rest — is what my heart is longing for. As I breathe slowly, I ask You to steady my thoughts, settle my emotions, and help me release every burden I am gripping too tightly. Wrap me beneath Your wings and let the quiet of Your love soften the edges of this day.
