Psalm 91:2 (NIV): “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust.” Salmo 91:2 — “Ele é o meu refúgio e a minha fortaleza, o meu Deus em quem confio.” “He restores my soul.” / “Refrigera a minha alma.” 2 Corinthians 1:3–4 (NIV): “The God of all comfort… comforts us in all our troubles.” 2 Coríntios 1:3–4 — “O Deus de toda consolação… nos consola em todas as nossas tribulações.” Jesus, in these deep hours when the body is tired and the mind is stretched thin, I come to You again. The world feels quieter at 3AM, yet the heart often feels heavier. Thoughts rise that do not usually rise in the day, worries return that I thought had passed, and strength seems far away. But You, Jesus — Jesus, Jesús — You remain my fortress, minha fortaleza, mi refugio. You are the One who does not sleep, the One who watches, the One who stands guard over my soul when the night feels long. Jesus, breathe descanso into my spirit. Let Your presence settle over me like a covering of peace. Let Your força lift what I cannot lift. Let Your cobertura guard my thoughts so they do not run to fear but to faith. Comfort me in these hours when weakness feels real and exhaustion tries to speak louder than hope. Remind my heart that You are near, that Your compassion is not distant, that Your love moves gently through the night. Tonight, Jesus, I place every quiet ache before You. I place the heaviness, the uncertainty, the questions that rise when everything else is silent. Meet me here in this honest moment. Restore my soul the way only You can. Speak softly into my spirit: “You are not alone. Eu estou com você. Estoy contigo.” Jesus, let this prayer anchor my night and strengthen my morning. Let Cycle 21 be marked by a deeper trust, a deeper rest, a deeper knowing that even in the darkest hours You remain my refuge and my fortress. Wrap me in Your peace now, Jesus — holy, steady, and full of comfort. Amém. Amén. Amén.
