At 3AM, thoughts feel heavier, shadows feel closer, and worries rise with a sharper edge. This is the hour when refuge is not a concept — it is a necessity. So I speak what Psalm 91 teaches my soul to declare: You are my refuge and my fortress, the strong place that fear cannot enter. Be with me in this moment of vulnerability. Strengthen my breathing, soften the tension in my chest, and steady the thoughts that rush without invitation. Let fortaleza espiritual — spiritual refuge — settle over me with the weight of truth, not emotion. Let consolo profundo, deep comfort, surround every trembling place within. Jesus, where fear speaks loudly, let Your voice speak louder still. Where loneliness tries to take root, let Your presence expose its lie.
