I do not carry this day any further. What has been done, I let go. What remains unfinished, I place into Your hands. I allow every weight, every thought, and every concern to settle as I come into stillness. I do not fear the night. Not because everything is known, but because You are present. Not because I control what is unseen, but because You are with me in every moment. I am safe in You. You surround me with Your presence. You remain near through every hour, steady and unchanging. There is no place in this night where You are not. You hold me. As I lie down, You give rest—not forced, not fragile, but deep and settled. You quiet what needs to be quieted and steady what needs to be held. And I hold this truth—you love me. Because You love me, I am not alone. Because You love me, I am safe. Because You love me, I can rest without fear. Jesus, let this night be peaceful. Let my sleep be undisturbed. Let my heart remain calm. Let my mind be quiet as I rest fully in You. I release.
