Where fear tries to rise in the quiet of the night, I turn to You. I do not carry fear into this night. I release it. You are my protection. Not distant, not uncertain—but present, watchful, and constant. You surround me, You guard me, and You hold me securely within Your care. I am not exposed. I am covered. Even while I sleep, You remain. You watch over me without pause. You keep me safe in ways I cannot see and in places I cannot reach. So I choose rest. Not restless, not unsettled—but deep, steady, and peaceful rest in You. I allow my mind to quiet. I allow my body to release. I allow my heart to settle fully into Your presence. And I hold this truth — You love me. Because You love me, I am safe. Because You love me, I am not alone. Because You love me, I can rest without fear. Jesus, let this night be calm. Let peace cover my thoughts. Let stillness fill this space. Let rest come easily and deeply as I trust fully in You. I release. I am protected. I rest.
