I do not stay in the noise of my mind—I come into Your presence. When anxiety feels close, Your Word reminds me that Your comfort is greater. You meet me here, in this moment, exactly where I am. So I do not follow every thought. I do not give weight to every fear. I turn to You instead. Jesus, calm my mind. Let every restless thought settle. Where anxiety tries to build, bring Your comfort. Where my thinking feels unsettled, bring stillness. You invite me to come to You—and I come now. Not carrying everything, but releasing it. I place every concern into Your hands. Jesús, calma mis pensamientos y lléname con Tu paz en esta hora tranquila. Jesus, acalma os meus pensamentos e enche-me com a Tua paz neste momento. From São Paulo to New York, from Lagos to Madrid, across every place awake in this hour, You are present. You are near. You are bringing comfort to Your people. So I rest my thoughts. I quiet my mind. I remain in Your peace. In Your name, Jesus, I am calm and held.
