I do not remain in anxiety—I come into Your peace. You are close to me. When anxiety feels heavy within me, Your comfort comes softly and steadily. You do not rush me—you meet me where I am and bring calm into my heart. So I release every restless thought. I do not follow every worry—I place each one into Your care. I come to You. You invite me to rest, not because everything is resolved, but because You are present. You carry what I cannot hold. You quiet what I cannot settle. So I allow my breathing to slow. I allow my thoughts to settle. I allow my heart to rest in You. Jesús, calma mi mente y lléname de Tu paz en este momento de quietud. Jesus, acalma a minha mente e enche-me com a Tua paz neste momento de quietude. From São Paulo to Los Angeles, from Nairobi to Lisbon, across every place where hearts are searching for rest, You are present. You are calming. You are restoring Your people. So I become still. I rest gently. I remain in Your peace. In Your name, Jesus, I am at rest.
