It's an honour to welcome Shantiago to the psybient.org podcast ! Shantiago is the electronic music project of Santiago Nieto. His work and intent is guided by the universe vibration, the love of music and the art of dancing. As Dj, he started to play during mid-90s at clubs in Spain, delivering vertical and dancefloor oriented rhythms as techno and trance. Influenced by a versatile mindset, he started later to research a wider range of rhythms and felt in love with more calming sounds. During all these years he has performed on different parts of the planet, either in clubs and festivals, aiming to move beyond any particular style. Nowadays he is exploring the production of slow trance vibes music, always seeking to a balance between eastern music traditions and modern technology. This mix is a versatile musical journey flowing through different feelings and emotions.
