Mark is also the author or coauthor of nine books, including Just Listed and Get Out of Your Own Way. Mark was a UCLA professor of psychiatry for over 25 years, and a former FBI and police hostage negotiation trainer. He’s based in Los Angeles but his impact is worldwide.
