When I started creating content in 2015, I talked about "PT First". In this operations model, new members had to purchase and participate in required personal training sessions before joining your group class. I certainly wasn't the first to push this idea. Still, my content coined the term "PT First" and now I've included an additional operation model for those who want all the benefits of a "Straight To Class" model, but with the added retention and additional revenue of selling personal training.
