Public service commission disapproves of receiver appointed to oversee Holly Springs utilities

The Mississippi Public Service Commission isn't happy with a judge's decision to appoint Michael F. Watson as Receiver over the Holly Springs Utility District. Northern District Public Service Commissioner Chris Brown says they're filing a motion to reconsider his appointment.
