Puppies On Parole with George Lombardi Host Jessica Thomas talks with George Lombardi, Director of the Department of Corrections for Missouri about the Puppies On Parole program he has instituted across the correctional institutions in Missouri. This program has been developed as a way of saving dogs that would otherwise be euthenized and training them to be loving pets and service dogs for those in need of assistance. This program also give inmates training that can be used when released and has made the institutions safer and inmates calmer.
