“Push Past Fear”

On this episode, I wanted to talk about fear because it can interrupt a lot of things if we allow it to. Many times we are so afraid that we won’t allow ourselves to get beyond the challenges that lie ahead for us. On the other side of our choices and our decision-making, there are, many opportunities to grow. Pushing past fear is like working out. You don’t want to go at first but once you’ve gone to the gym and you’ve made it through your exercise routine you come out feeling so much better. Some people may even say Victorious. With fear it’s much like the same. Once we face it and find ourselves entangled with it, we begin to understand many things about ourselves and one of those many things is that we weren’t as afraid as we thought we were going to be and then the other is it wasn’t as hard as we thought it was gonna be. There is no need to think things worse than they actually are. I have done that a lot in my life and I can tell you that I have missed out on many opportunities by doing just that.
