Put Your Energy Into Preaching, It's What Prabhupada Did | HG Vaisesika Dasa | 09 Aug 2026

What you can do now is put your energy into what Prabhupāda put his energy into, which is: let's give this to the world, and the best thing to give is the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam. We have a project right now which will catch your imagination. It started circa 2018. We came across a verse in the 12th Canto of the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam that says: "When you give away a set of Bhāgavatas as a gift on the full moon day in the month of Bhādra, you get the return gift of going back home, back to Godhead." We saw that, and we conceived of a worldwide effort, as we feel that devotees everywhere feel most empowered when they work together in cooperation. Yes, there is competition, and that will always be there because it's the nature of the individual soul to want to compete; but when we work together as one global team, we feel that we're united all over the world for the highest purpose—an unassailable purpose, which is to distribute the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, following in the footsteps of Śrīla Prabhupāda and the great ācāryas.
