The big summit meeting in Alaska finally took place. After being talked about, written about and speculated about for the preceding week, it turned out to be ... exactly what we thought. For Trump, there was no escaping the fact this was a monstrous fail, as his amateur-hour combo went up against well-prepared, highly experienced opponents.
