今回は、旗の台駅から歩いてすぐのパン屋さん「阿美パン」をご紹介！ 台湾出身のパン職人、ユー・チェンハオさんが手がけるこちらのお店。 「故郷に帰れず日本で過ごしていた台湾の人たちにも、ふるさとの味を届けたい。」 そんな思いから、日本では珍しい台湾のパンを作り始めました。 台湾では誰もが知る定番の味を、京都の九条ネギで再現した「ネギパン」と、 パティシエ出身のユーさんが餡から手作りする「パイナップルケーキ」を山崎由華が実食！ 台湾の懐かしい味と、 日本で培ったパン作りの技術が詰まった「阿美パン」のおいしさに迫ります
