清明美食春天的味道

清明，是中国美食传统中最好的时节。“春雨惊春”尚嫌早，大地刚刚萌动还略嫌一丝春寒料峭的单薄，清明成了一个界限。比如茶，“明前”最佳，到谷雨就差了一截，到了立夏就只能弃之不闻了；比如艾草、马兰头、春笋、荠菜、枸杞叶……都是过了这一时节便大打折扣的美味。
