QSV HAS BEEN DISQUALIFIED 😪😑

from Girly Isabella · host isalifestyle

Ahh QSV disqualified after playing in rain? That one pain me 😭 We played that match against Fine and Applied Arts under heavy rain. The pitch was waterlogged, people were sliding everywhere, and jerseys were soaked before the first 10 minutes. But we still played because na Deans Cup and nobody wan lose bragging rights. We fought hard and ended 2:2. That draw was sweet because it took us straight to semi final. The whole QS department was already shouting and planning how we go carry the cup this year. We left the pitch tired, muddy, but happy. Then two days later wahala started. Faculty DOS came out with a statement say QSV used "machineries" and since we no get complete squad, we no get right to use them. So the 2:2 no count again. They gave FAA a 3:0 win and disqualified us. Just like that. All the running in rain, all the tackles, all the goals... cancelled on paper. The worst part be say our own departmental DOS confirmed we truly no get enough players that day, so we had to bring people to complete. But the faculty rule is clear: if your squad no complete, you no fit rent machineries. Right now the department dey vex. We played in rain, we drew the game, we qualified, and now they tell us it doesn’t matter. Some people dey say na politics, some say the rules suppose don dey checked before we even enter pitch. But as it stands now, semi final dey close and QSV name no dey there again. All the effort, the mud, the cold, the 2:2 that felt like a win... all gone. For us QS ballers e dey frustrating because we played with what we had. Rain fall, we still show up. Now we dey watch from outside while other departments dey prepare. Nobody dey happy about it at all ⛹️‍♀️ THANKS FOR VISITING

The Changeling Thomas Middleton; William Rowley The Changeling is a sensational 1622 tragicomedy by Thomas Middleton and William Rowley that comprises two intertwining plots. The first involves Beatrice-Joanna, daughter of the governor of Alicante, and her unruly passion for Alsemero, despite the fact that she is engaged to Alonzo de Piracquo. She enlists the aid of her father's servant De Flores to kill Alonzo so that she can marry Alsemero. However, she does not anticipate that De Flores, who is in love with her, will demand payment for the deed. The second plot is set in a madhouse, where the jealous old doctor Alibius is keeping his beautiful young wife Isabella confined so that she will not be unfaithful to him. Despite his best efforts, she is assailed by illicit suitors on all sides: Franciscus, who disguises himself as a madman, Antonio, who disguises himself as a fool, and Lollio, his lustful servant.
