Ma come sta andando davvero il mercato, cosa dobbiamo sapere del nostro business?Tiziana Sarnari, analista di mercato di Ismea nel settore vino, ha stilato l’ultimo report dell’Istituto dei Servizi per il Mercato Agricolo Alimentare, relativo all’inizio del 2015.
