But basically you can tell, I’m getting OLD! You can tell I’m turning into my parents. I’m like the progressive commercials. I keep talking about enjoying life. Living life. Appreciating life. Don’t take life for granted. How many times can you hear the word, LIFE, in one episode? But this time I talk about having QUALITY of life over quantity. Making sure that you are doing what makes you happy mentally and physically. Don’t waste your time with things that drag you down and make you miserable. As they say, “life is short.” I also discuss my moms, dads and my dog’s ashes. Where I’m spreading them. What’s going on with them and how I feel about it all.  It’s a mixed bag episode.
