近日，广西团队成功实现人体“猪肝+猪双肾”联合移植。这是人类首次成功实现原位“全肝+双肾”基因编辑猪到人的异种移植。目前，研究成果已发表在国际知名医疗期刊《Med》上，并获国际知名科学期刊《Nature》重点报道。这项研究首次证明，基因编辑猪的多个器官能够在人体内同时发挥功能，标志着多器官异种移植进入实质性临床探索阶段，为解决器官短缺问题迈出了关键一步。
